Designed to introduce you to the various production methods of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this tour takes you through its evolution, highlighting the aging process in barrels made of various fine woods.
The experience concludes with a guided vertical tasting, showcasing five distinct stages of Balsamic Vinegar aging.

"La Vecchia Dispensa" is located in a small village 35 minutes away from Modena. The meeting point is in Via Bartolomeo Cavedoni 1. Our location is accessible by car only. No public transport available. When entering the address in your GPS, ensure that you have selected CASTELVETRO DI MODENA.
