If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House or Local Tours Vietnam Office at 39 Ngo Huyen Street between 07h00 am to 07h15 am the going by expressway to Halong Bay. -2-For the guests not using our transfer from Hanoi, please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor before 09:30 am to complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If any late arrival, you might be denied by port authority or subject to an extra fee.
