This cycling tour starts at 08:00 till 15:00. This lovely tour along little canals that zigzag and swing passing small authentic communities and rice paddies, has the ancient capital as final destination. Hear the greetings of the locals see how important those canals are for them [farming, bathing, laundry, fishing for dinner]
Lots to see and learn along the traffic free roads about local life, local industry and handcrafts, farming…and get an easy but interesting impression by the guide on architecture, history and Buddhism. It’s healthy and you support eco-tourism. All important sites are highlighted on our tour.

1Sukhothai Historical Park
On the way to the Historical park, this tour will take you to cycle pass local villages, rice fields, market you can learn about village life, farming and agriculture products.

Is the biggest temple comlpex of the Southern part of the historical park. Located in the countryside, surrounded by rice paddies. This temple has remains of Buddha statues in different positions. Our English speaking tourguide will show you around with explanations of the site.

Is an ancient dam that dates back to the Sukhothai era and is surrounded by the mountains. The dam provided water for the city and surrounding rice fields. Time to enjoy the view and take pictures.

4Wat Mangkon
Is a temple complex with a chedi ( tower) in Sri Lanka style. Parts are over grown by strangler fig trees and is a nice place for a picture.
