Note: If you prefer a private class for less or more than 10 participants, please contact us for advice on the pricing and itinerary. Our class is organized in the 500m2 local villa with a beautiful garden, which can accommodate up to 45 people.
Our kitchen is not a professional school but rather a cultural hub offering an authentic local cuisine experience. We aim to provide you with a cozy and comfortable cooking environment, much like being part of a family.

Please message us your hotel name and address, we will arrange pickup service in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Note: We are offering free pick up and drop off at hotels located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Please always provide us your hotel name and address so that we can arrange the best pick-up/meet-up route. More specific pick-up time will be informed via mobile phone (WhatsApp/ LINE/ WeChat/ Kakao Talk/ Imessage/ Viber), hotel receptionist, or Viator message before the starting time. If possible, please provide us your contact number (with the country code). It'd be easier for us to contact you for the pick-up/meet-up. Thank you so much!
If your hotel is outside Hanoi’s Old Quarter, please meet us at 48 Son Tay Street — the entrance to Ngoc Ha Market, where our market tour begins. Look for the black building at the gate; it’s your landmark.
What to expect
Your culinary adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from Hanoi’s Old Quarter. We’ll take you to a bustling local market, where our friendly instructor will guide you through the vibrant stalls and introduce the essential ingredients that define Vietnamese flavors.
After the market tour, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking! In our welcoming kitchen — not a formal school, but a lively cultural hub — you’ll learn to prepare four of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes. All tools, ingredients, and step-by-step instructions are provided.
Once your creations are ready, sit down together to savor the delicious meal you’ve cooked — the best reward for your efforts. Within 24 hours, you’ll also receive a recipe book by email or messaging app, so you can recreate these flavors back home.
