    By 6:30 PM, disembark and take a short walk or transfer to the heart of Luang Prabang’s vibrant Night Market. Sample authentic Lao street food such as crispy fried spring rolls, grilled sticky rice with egg (Kaojii Ping), and sweet coconut pancakes (Khao Nom Khok).
