We pick you up at your hotel. Hop on the back of a motorbike with your friendly local guide and ride through the maze of tiny back alleys, bustling neighborhoods, and hidden corners that most visitors never find. Along the way, you’ll see everyday life unfold in local markets, family-run shops, and vibrant communities, all while hearing fascinating stories about Saigon’s culture and history. The highlight of the tour is, of course, the food: you’ll stop at different street-side eateries and local stalls to taste 7–10 authentic Vietnamese specialties such as crispy bánh xèo pancakes, fresh spring rolls, mini bánh khọt, flavorful noodle soups, savory snacks, and even Saigon’s famous snail dishes. To balance the flavors, you’ll sip on refreshing sugarcane juice, enjoy rich Vietnamese iced coffee, and end your adventure with traditional desserts like chè (sweet soup) or tropical fruits.
