**Cruise Passengers: You will receive two emails containing a map to the meeting point: one 7 days before and a final reminder 24 hours before the tour.
Hotel Guests: Your specific pick-up time will be sent via email 24 hours before the tour begins.

**Hotel Pick-Up: Service begins as early as 8:15 AM. Please meet your driver in the Main Lobby of your resort.

*Note: Guests at Simpson Bay Resort will be met at the Taxi Stand.

****Note: We do not offer pick-ups from the French side of the island.

**Cruise Port Pick-Up: Departure is at 9:30 AM sharp from the EDC Parking Lot.

St. Maarten operates on Atlantic Standard Time (AST) and does not observe Daylight Saving Time.
Important: Please confirm if your ship’s "Ship Time" matches Local Island Time. Our tour departs based on the local clock.

Dress Code: Please bring a change of clothes and towels. For the comfort of all guests, no wet or damp clothing is allowed on the bus.

Bus Etiquette: No eating or drinking is permitted inside the vehicles.

If you are running late, please message us before the tour start time. If you do not contact us and miss the 9:40 AM port departure, we cannot issue a refund.

    On your way back to the port or hotel, you can choose to end your tour in Philipsburg, the shopping capital of the Caribbean. This duty-free town is the capital of Dutch St. Maarten and features Front Street and Back Street, which are lined with shops. To the south, you'll find Great Bay Beach and the Boardwalk, which is home to a variety of restaurants serving local cuisine and lively bars. Philipsburg is just 20 mins walk away from from the cruise port, and guests can easily walk or take a water taxi back.
