The class will learn to cook three typical dishes of the Italian tradition, using professional tricks and techniques; it will be followed step by step by me as a professional chef but at the same time the atmosphere will be relaxed and pleasant. The recipe cards will be provided so it will be easy to replicate them at home with friends and relatives.
The lesson will take place in my cooking workshop, that is, in a real professional kitchen.

BRUSCHETTA, FOCACCIA, PARMIGIANA and more
We will make a typical Italian appetizer such as bruschetta, parmigiana, focaccia or other. Everything from scratch and by hand! You'll find out in class
Fresh pasta or handmade dumplings
You will make traditional pasta by hand such as gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli or other, we will make a dressing together. You will find out what we will do directly in class
TIRAMISU - CANTUCCI - PAN MEINO - CHOCOLATE TORTINI
The dessert can be traditional Tiramisu, Tuscan Cantucci or the super traditional Pan Meino Milanese or more. You'll find out in class!
