The class will learn to cook three typical dishes of the Italian tradition, using professional tricks and techniques; it will be followed step by step by me as a professional chef but at the same time the atmosphere will be relaxed and pleasant. The recipe cards will be provided so it will be easy to replicate them at home with friends and relatives.
The lesson will take place in my cooking workshop, that is, in a real professional kitchen.

Aubergine or bruschetta parmigiana
We will cook the light version of the parmigiana with baked aubergines and three types of cheese; we will discover the secrets of the real Italian bruschetta
Gnocchi or tagliatelle or yellow risotto
handmade gnocchi with two different sauces; fresh handmade tagliatelle topped with a modern ragu; we will make the risotto with special saffron
tiramisu or cantucci
the real traditional tiramisu with tricks and secrets; handmade cantucci with small tasty variations served with their special wine
