CHEF AND THE CITY is a street shop with three large windows and red signs. We'll open the shutters five minutes before class starts. To enter ring the bell of the main central showcase. If you arrive early you will have to wait in front of the shop for them to open.

What to expect

Learn to cook two very famous Italian recipes: ravioli and panna cotta! You will work in a real cooking workshop with the titular chef and real professionals. You will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta to create at least two types of ravioli and the famous panna cotta. You will collaborate with other guests as in a real kitchen brigade. After preparing these two delicious recipes you can taste them by sharing the meal with the new classmates you just met. The chef and her staff will cook the pasta while you can enjoy a good glass of Italian wine (1 glass of wine each is included in the price) and a small aperitif with Italian snacks. Before you leave you can take the recipes to recreate these wonderful dishes to share with your friends and loved ones. Get ready for a very practical cooking experience!
