You will have the opportunity to cook in a real cooking workshop, with real professional cooks. You will become part of the world of Italian cuisine, as if you were working in a real brigade for a real pizza delivery! The atmosphere will be relaxed and fun but you will learn real cooking techniques. The specialty of this experience is also in making the pizza dough by hand, using the right ingredients and fresh products!

What to expect

You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop and be part of the Chef's brigade, ready for a real pizza "delivery"! You will start socializing with a small welcome buffet offered by the Chef. After a few minutes, you will start cooking together, guided by the Chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own station on the professional benches and you will work in groups of 4 - 5 people (as you can see from the photos) but everyone will make their own pizza..
You will learn the technique to knead the real pizza dough, which you can then take away and cook comfortably at home (it requires 8 hours of leavening, so for tasting we will use a ready-made dough). You will compose your pizzas with fresh toppings of your choice. The focus is on the technique of preparing pizza and Tiramisu, the most famous dessert in the world that you will make.
After about 2 hours, you will sit at the table to enjoy what is cooked. Wine will be included (1 bottle for every 3 participants). We will bake the pizza for you while you taste a good glass. Recipes in digital format (QR code or photo) will be released at the end of the experience. Are you ready to get your hands full?
