This exclusive tour takes you inside Tōshun Shuzō, a historic sake brewery in Nagoya with over 160 years of tradition. Step into the Edo-period storehouse, built with timbers originally intended for Nagoya Castle, and see centuries-old brewing tools and documents. In the modern brewery, the master brewer guides you through each stage of the sake-making process. From November to April, you may even witness live brewing in progress.
