    Journey from Nagoya to Tokoname, one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns and a renowned center of ceramic craftsmanship for over 1,000 years. Visit Ikko Pottery Studio, home of bonsai pot artisan Ikko Watanabe, who preserves the traditional “kata-oshi” mold-pressing technique. Continue to the studio’s bonsai garden, where carefully selected pots create harmony between tree, vessel, and space.
