What to expect

In Habashita, a castle town area of Nagoya, stands a hidden gem where the Taisho koto, an instrument originating from Nagoya, can be found at a local atelier of a long-established musical instrument store. Here, you can experience dressing in antique kimonos and hakama, such as Meisen. You can choose your favorite from among the precious kimonos and rent it for a day to wear while sightseeing around the city. After dressing, you can also enjoy homemade sweets and tea prepared by the owner.
