If you are looking for an exhilarating journey through the stunning backcountry of Lake Tahoe, the Summit Snowmobile Tour promises an unforgettable experience. Your adventure starts at the top of the trailhead in beautiful Hope Valley at an elevation of 7,200 ft. This guided, two-hour adventure is perfect for beginners and intermediate riders. You’ll experience breathtaking views, scenic vistas, and thrilling moments, with opportunities for pictures.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Parking is not available at the trailhead. All guests must use the complimentary shuttle departing from Zephyr Cove Resort. If you plan to drive to Zephyr Cove Resort, please check in at least 2 hours and 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. Both parking at the resort and the shuttle service are free of charge.
Please see below for information about individual pickup locations:
• Zephyr Cove Resort (760 US Hwy 50): Shuttle departs 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to start time. Meet in the resort lobby.
• WorldMark by Wyndham (180 Elks Point Rd): Shuttle departs 115 minutes prior to start time. Meet at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby.
• Golden Nugget (50 Hwy 50): Shuttle departs 105 minutes prior to start time. Meet outside the valet entrance at the main lobby.
• Edgewood (180 Lake Parkway): Shuttle departs 100 minutes prior to start time. Meet at the clubhouse loop.
• Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe Resort & Spa – Lake Tahoe, CA (18 Hwy 50): Shuttle departs 95 minutes prior to start time. Meet at the rear entrance near the arcade.
• 3 Peaks (931 Park Ave): Shuttle departs 90 minutes prior to start time. Meet at the driveway entrance, adjacent to the lobby.
• Harrah's Casino - Lake Tahoe, CA (15 US 50): Shuttle departs 85 minutes prior to start time. Meet at the bus loading area near rear entrance.
• Marriot/Cinema (Heavenly Village (1021 Heavenly Village Way): Shuttle departs 80 minutes prior to start time. Meet at bus loading area.
• Ski Run/LTVA (3659 Lake Tahoe Blvd): Shuttle departs 75 minutes prior to start time. Meet at the bus stop.
Guests cannot park the trail independently, as the trail is owned and regulated by the U.S. Forest Service and requires our authorized transportation. Guests who are driving themselves to Zephyr Cove Resort must arrive 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to their tour time.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
