1Dar es Salaam
Early-morning departure from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park via the scenic Morogoro highway. Enjoy views of local villages, baobab landscapes, and the Uluguru Mountains along the way. Arrive in Mikumi in time for lunch and a short relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Mikumi is home to a wide range of wildlife including: Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Wildebeests, Buffaloes, Hippos. The open plains of Mikumi are often compared to the Serengeti due to their expansive landscapes and abundant wildlife. Return to the lodge before sunset for dinner and overnight.

2Mikumi National Park
After breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive inside Mikumi National Park with picnic lunch. Explore different sections of the park, including the famous Mkata Floodplain, known for excellent wildlife concentration and predator sightings. Your experienced safari guide will help track animals while sharing insights into the park’s ecology and animal behavior. Enjoy lunch in the bush surrounded by nature before continuing the afternoon safari. Return to the lodge in the evening for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

3Udzungwa Mountains National Park
After breakfast, depart for Udzungwa Mountains National Park, famous for tropical forests, endemic primates, and waterfalls. Begin a guided hike through the forest trails leading to the spectacular Sanje Waterfalls, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful natural attractions. During the hike, you may encounter: Colobus monkeys Unique bird species Tropical butterflies Indigenous plant life After the hike and picnic lunch, begin your transfer back to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the evening.
