1Marrakesh Menara Airport
On the first day of your 5-day tour from Marrakech, your driver will meet you at the airport or your preferred location in the city and transfer you to your riad in the medina. Shared-tour guests will stay at Riad Assia, while private-tour guests will stay at Riad Aslal, or in similar-category accommodation. The rest of the day is free to relax and explore Marrakech at your own pace. Overnight stay with breakfast included.

After breakfast, depart Marrakech and travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping at panoramic viewpoints to admire the mountain scenery, traditional Berber villages, and winding roads.

3Aït Benhaddou
Explore the UNESCO-listed Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most famous fortified villages and a filming location for numerous international movies and television productions. Enjoy time to walk through its narrow streets, admire the traditional earthen architecture, and take in panoramic views from the top.

4Ouarzazate
Stop in Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara and Morocco’s film capital. Enjoy free time for lunch and photos, then visit the historic Taourirt Kasbah. Afterwards, continue along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.

5Roses Valley
Travel through the scenic Valley of the Roses near Kalaat M’Gouna, known for its rose fields, traditional villages, and rose-based products. Enjoy a short stop for photos and panoramic views before continuing toward the Dades Valley.

6Dadès Gorges
Arrive in the scenic Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations, traditional villages, and lush river landscapes. Visit the famous “Monkey Fingers” formation and stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the valley. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

7Todra Gorge
After breakfast, travel through the Dades Valley and stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the dramatic Dades Gorges. Continue to Todra Gorge, where towering rock walls carved by the Todra River create one of Morocco’s most impressive natural landscapes. Enjoy time to walk through the gorge before continuing toward the palm groves of Tinjdad and Touroug for lunch.

8Merzouga
Arrive in Merzouga and begin a dromedary ride across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, with time to admire the sunset over the Sahara. Continue to your desert camp, where you will be welcomed with traditional tea, enjoy dinner, Berber music, and a night beneath the star-filled sky.

Rissani (Pass by)
Pass through Rissani, a historic town known for its traditional market and connection to Morocco’s Alaouite dynasty, before continuing through Alnif, Tazarine, and the Draa Valley.

Travel through the scenic Draa Valley, home to vast palm groves, traditional villages, and ancient kasbahs. Pass through Agdz before continuing via Ouarzazate and the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech, where you will stay overnight in a riad in the medina.

Enjoy free time to explore Marrakech at your own pace. Travelers may also book an optional free walking tour online to discover the medina, souks, Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Jemaa el-Fna with a local guide.
