You’ll learn how to knead, roll, and shape the dough, choosing from the freshest seasonal ingredients for the toppings to create your own personalized pizza masterpiece. You will be guided through each step of the process. As your pizza bakes in our traditional wood-fired oven, immerse yourself in the friendly and stylish atmosphere of our cooking class.

What to expect

This small-group cooking class, located just steps from the Duomo, will teach you how to prepare authentic Italian pizza in a charming and unique setting, overlooking the historic Milanese terraces and rooftops. Under the expert guidance of a professional pizzaiolo, you’ll learn the art of making a delicious Italian pizza.
The experience also includes tickets to the impressive Highline Skywalk, an open-air walkway that runs along the rooftops of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, offering breathtaking views 40 meters above the ground.
