Join our small group of food lovers and follow your foodie guide to bakeries, and local markets before meeting our extraordinary chef and sommelier at their elegant and charming location.

Break the ice and sit together around a large table and practice some Italian with us. We’ll share our secret Pasta dough recipe, plus tons of tricks. We'll guide you through every step and teach you new cooking techniques.

Inhibitions fall away when engaged in chopping or rolling pasta dough – a great way to get conversation flowing.

Discover the Secrets of Italian Pasta with our fun and social cooking class at a top location in Como.

Meet our local guide Valentina in Piazza Volta and enjoy a complimentary relaxing walk through the very centre and beating heart of Como admiring the elegance of our boutiques, the XIX villas and noble mansions. Stop at ancient grocery stores to buy some ingredients for our class and immerse in the very life of Como with its true flavours, smells and sounds.

Our professional chef and sommelier will wait and welcome you with a glass of prosecco at an extraordinary charming, central and elegant location. During this unique culinary experience you'll learn to prepare the ideal dough for various pasta types, from tagliatelle to orecchiette, to ravioli and lasagne, discovering the secrets to shaping and forming pasta by hand, and with the pasta machine.

Recipes, sauces and fillings vary according to availability of seasonal produce and to the creativity of the chef.

Marco, our 15 years certified sommelier will enrich your experience teaching you the rules of food and wine pairing. The masterclass also includes tips & tricks to prepare a delicious Italian dessert.
