Meet our foodie guide Valentina in Como and enjoy a complimentary relaxing walk through the very centre and beating heart of Como, stopping at ancient grocery stores to buy some ingredients for our class.

Our professional chef will wait for you with a glass of prosecco at our extraordinary charming and central location.

Starting from scratch you will learn how to do the dough and to craft a perfect lasagna sheet. Layer by layer, chef Daniele will guide you through every step and by using only the freshest ingredients, he will teach you how to prepare his savoury Italian "Ragu" and rich homemade béchamel sauce.

While your lasagna bakes to golden perfection, enjoy a delicious Italian aperitivo and mingle with your new travel companions over glasses of red wine.
