Hi, I am Sam and I am a Korean food expert. I've been teaching people how to cook Korean food properly for years. Currently, I teach people how to make Kimchi and I brew my own rice wine.

Korean BBQ is now a staple dining choice in most cities in the world but how do Koreans really do it in Seoul, South Korea? Let me teach you how to cook your Korean cuts of pork properly and how to eat properly like a true Korean.

Koreans love pork. We love pork so much that Korea has the most number of cuts when it comes to pork. This really shows how much we care about cooking pork properly. We will order 3 different cuts of Premium pork with drastic taste difference. Each cut needs to be cooked differently and I will teach you how to!

Also, there are so many different side dishes. Some needs to be wrapped in meat, some needs to be eaten separately, some are even grilled. I will demystify your Korean BBQ side dishes too. I will share all the great common little tips Koreans use when it comes to side dishes.
