The Orchestra I Virtuosi dell’opera di Roma, formed by professors of the most prestigious italian conservatories, is specialized in the interpretation of classical-operatic musical production. In the 2026 Musical Season the Orchestra presents “Vivaldi’s Four Seasons”: four concerts for violin and strings representing the scenes of nature in music, each inspired by each season of the year. The program is also enriched by other important concerts of sacred music for strings. An orchestral ensemble composed of a string quintet and clavicembalo will perform this series of concerts at the prestigious Basilica of San Nicola in Carcere, a medieval church in the heart of Rome.
