Wing Foil Beginner Course Cyprus 2 Hour Lesson

Wing Foil is one of the newest and most exciting ways to enjoy water sports. This beginner course helps you learn the basics safely, step by step, with experienced instructors directly on the beach.

The lesson lasts 2 hours on the same day. We start with around 45 minutes on land, where you learn how to set up and handle the wing, control power and depower, move the wing upwind and downwind, change hands, turn, and change direction.

Then we continue in the water on a stable windsurf board without a foil, so you can focus on wing control, balance, steering, and getting comfortable before progressing to a foil board later. You will practise paddling with the wing, starting on your knees, standing up, steering, and making your first turns safely.

After the lesson, you receive 1 day of rental, so you can continue practising and improving your skills at our beach centre.

All equipment is included: wing, board, wetsuit if needed, helmet, impact vest, and use of the centre facilities. No previous experience is required, but participants should be able to swim and feel comfortable in the sea.
