    Chandragiri Hill is located on the South-West of Kathmandu Valley and is 2551 meters from sea level.It takes approximately 30-45 minutes of travelling time and the driivng distance is 23 km from Kathmandu valley to Chandragiri Hill. The day trip offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and himalayan ranges like Ganesh, Manaslu, Langtang, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal Himal and other mountain peaks.On top of the hills, there is a temple of Shiva (God) which is one of the biggest shrine for Hindu people so Chandragiri hill is also a pilgrimage site for hindu devotees.This trip offers two and a half kilometres Cable car ride to reach on top.
