What to expect
Using carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour, you can enjoy the first experience of watering, spreading, and cutting, and talking with craftsmen. It's amazing to see and eat soba made by yourself and craftsmen of various thicknesses. Even small children can experience it with confidence.
