Our guide will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the Palácio da Bolsa (Palácio da Bolsa, R. de Ferreira Borges 11, 4050-253 Porto), clearly identified with the Oporto Road Trips badge. He/She will then lead the group to the vehicle.
Most of the tour has the Douro river as the scenic scenary through the day. The winery that is visited offer incredible views to the river.
Quinta do Tedo is one of several wineries that we can visit on our tour. During this visit, you will learn about the wine-making process at Quinta do Tedo with a local guide. It includes a guided wine tasting session where you will be explained about the different wines to be tasted. NOTE: wineries or order of wineries visited may differ depending on their availability; NOTE 2:Visits at the wineries and river cruises are not fully private and open to external participants.
In the heart of the Douro Valley you will have the chance to visit Pinhão, a little village known for it's historical railway station. In the past Pinhão used to be an important place for commerce and transport of the wine from Douro to Porto. We will be having our traditional Portuguese lunch at this village.
As part of the visit to Pinhão, we pass by the 19th-century railway station of Pinhão. The highlights are the 24 panels of blue and white tiles representing typical images of the culture of the Douro Valley.

The return to Porto is expected to be close to 6:00 PM and the drop off will take place at the city center (at Teatro Nacional São João - same place of pick up)
