What's Included
Meeting and pickup
KLIA Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 – Meeting Point Guide KLIA1 (Terminal 1 – Main Airport) Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, Level 3 – Public Pick-Up Lane. Landmark: After customs clearance, proceed straight to Arrival Hall Door 8. Exit the terminal and you will see the “Public Pick-Up Lane”, where private cars and ride-hailing vehicles are allowed to stop. Passenger Reminder: Please turn on your mobile data to stay in touch with the driver. Do not go to the hotel shuttle or bus waiting area. KLIA2 (Terminal 2 – Low-Cost Carrier Terminal) Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, Level 3 – Public Pick-Up Lane at Pillar 11. Landmark: After customs clearance, proceed to Arrival Hall, Level 3. Exit through Door 8, where you will find the Public Pick-Up area marked by signage and pillars. Passenger Reminder: Pillar 11 is the standard and most convenient meeting point for private transfers. Please wait outside the terminal and inform your driver once you arrive at the pick-up area.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email sent by GoMyHire. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
Step 2 – Driver Information & Communication
Before your travel date, you will receive another GoMyHire email with your driver’s details (name, vehicle plate) and the direct communication channel with the driver. Please follow the instructions in this email to ensure smooth contact.
Step 3 – Pickup
For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): Upon arrival, proceed to the designated “Ride-Hailing / Arrival Pickup” area at your terminal. The driver will contact you via the communication channel provided in the GoMyHire email. Free waiting time is included (e.g. 90 minutes from flight landing).
For Departure (Drop-off): The driver will meet you at your hotel or selected pickup address at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid delays.
Step 4 – Transfer Journey
Enjoy a comfortable, direct ride between Kuala Lumpur city center and KLIA/KLIA2/SZB airport. The journey normally takes around 50 minutes depending on traffic.
Step 5 – Drop-off
For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or chosen address.
For Departure (Drop-off): You will be dropped off at the departure hall of your terminal for easy check-in.
Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
