Changi Airport (SIN) – Meeting Point Guide Terminal 1 Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, Level 1 – Door 1 or Door 2, “Arrival Pick-Up / Car Pick-Up Area”. Landmark: After customs clearance, follow the signs to “Arrival Pick-Up”. Proceed outside the terminal to Level 1, where cars and private transfers stop. Terminal 2 Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, Level 1 – Arrival Pick-Up Area (Door 1–3). Landmark: After customs, exit to Level 1. Look for Arrival Pick-Up signage and wait at Door 1–3, depending on driver instructions. Note: Terminal 2 was newly renovated – ensure passengers check signage carefully. Terminal 3 Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, Level 1 – Door 1 or Door 2, “Car Pick-Up / Arrival Pick-Up Area”. Landmark: After customs, proceed to Arrival Hall, Level 1. Exit through Door 1 or 2 where private cars wait. Terminal 4 Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, Level 1 – Door 2, “Arrival Pick-Up Area”. Landmark: After customs clearance, walk to Arrival Hall, Level 1. Exit through Door 2 to find the designated car pick-up lane.

What to expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email sent by GoMyHire. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
Step 2 – Driver Information & Communication
Before your travel date, you will receive another GoMyHire email with your driver’s details (name, vehicle plate) and the direct communication channel with the driver. Please follow the instructions in this email to ensure smooth contact.
Step 3 – Pickup
For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, proceed to the designated “Ride-Hailing / Arrival Pickup” area at your terminal (T1–T4). The driver will contact you via the communication channel provided in the GoMyHire email. Free waiting time is included (e.g. 60 minutes from flight landing).
For Departure (Drop-off): The driver will meet you at your hotel or selected pickup address at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid delays.
Step 4 – Transfer Journey
Enjoy a comfortable, direct ride between Singapore city center and Changi Airport (T1–T4). The journey normally takes around 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Step 5 – Drop-off
For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or chosen address.
For Departure (Drop-off): You will be dropped off at the departure hall of your terminal for easy check-in. Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
