What to expect

You will examine various types of cacao beans, and learn the process that goes on at the plantation before being made into chocolate. We will grind our roasted beans, and traditional ingredients together and taste the beverage that has been consumed in Mexico for millennia. You will also discover the modern side of chocolate, how to make your own chocolate bars to take with you.
