    Tarangire National Park

At 7:00 am, our Guide will pick you from your hotel in Arusha City Center, ready for the Full day safari. Tarangire National Park is a stunning wildlife destination in northern Tanzania, known for its vast elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse landscapes. Covering approximately 2,850 square kilometers, the park is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. The Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, attracts animals year-round, making it an excellent safari spot, especially during the dry season. Unlike the more crowded Serengeti, Tarangire offers a quieter and more intimate safari experience. The park is also famous for its tree-climbing pythons and large termite mounds, some of which become homes for dwarf mongooses. Its mix of open plains, swamps, and woodlands creates breathtaking scenery perfect for game drives and photography.

Full Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater then go to Mto wa Mbu

    Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After an early morning breakfast, we will hurry to Ngorongoro Crater, as it is the best time to spot animals. On this day, we will enjoy a game drive around the crater and stop for a picnic lunch at a small lake within the park. The lake is home to many hippos and migratory birds, so guests will be sure to enjoy the visit! Due to the animal “oasis” created within the crater, there is a high possibility of spotting every member of ‘The Big 5’. The group comprises some of the strongest animals in Africa – the ferocious lion, the giant elephant, the stealthy leopard, the charging rhino and the mighty water buffalo. Ngorongoro Crater is truly an amazing place. Within the amazing crater you can expect to view the playful zebra, lumbering hippo, swift wildebeest and cackling hyenas. In addition, there are flocks of graceful flamingos along the Soda Lake, while hungry hawks and vultures circle the sky in search their next meal of discarded carcass.
