Meeting Instructions Your tour departs from the Barbuda Express Parking lot, located near Rum Runners By the Sea, which is an approximate 5 to 10-minute walk from the cruise ship pier. Upon disembarking, please follow the signs and instructions to exit the cruise pier. Once you exit, please walk along the boardwalk and follow it until you reach the Barbuda Express parking lot. Please look for the local representative who will be holding a sign that reads Voyages Antigua. If your ship docks at Nevis Pier: Upon disembarking, please follow the signs and instructions to exit the cruise ship pier. Once you exit, turn left onto the boardwalk and follow until you reach the Barbuda Express parking lot. Please look for the local representative who will be holding a sign that reads Voyages Antigua. To ensure a smooth departure, we kindly ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 10 to 15-minutes before the scheduled tour time. The Blockhouse is a brick ruin located high above English Harbour in Nelson's Dockyard National Park, overlooking the southeastern coast of Antigua. Constructed in the 18th century, it offers unobstructed views of Antigua's coastline.
