From the Beaujolais crus to the world-renowned white Burgundy wines, this wine tour will immerse you in the concept of "terroir." In just a few kilometers, you'll experience an incredible variety of wines and aromas, all set against unforgettable landscapes.
Start your adventure in Lyon, heading north to the Beaujolais Wine Route. Your first stop will be in one of the charming crus villages, like Fleurie, Julienas, or Chiroubles, where you’ll meet a local winemaker, learn about their work, and enjoy a tasting of the region's signature Gamay wines.
After some free time for lunch in Mâcon, we’ll continue on to the Pierreclos Castle in southern Burgundy. Take a guided tour through this beautifully restored 15th-century castle before tasting wines from the estate, which is committed to organic farming.
On the way, pass the iconic Roche de Solutré, a limestone escarpment, before concluding the day with a final wine tasting of Gamay and Chardonnay.
