Activity carried out within the Natural Park of Montgrí, Illes Medes and Baix Ter. Guided itinerary in the Medes Islands marine reserve. The guide will make different explanations during the journey about the regulations of the reserve, geological characteristics and the different species that can be observed during the itinerary.

What to expect
This kayak outing combines sport and adventure. Come discover the Medes Islands and its seabed.
The duration is 3 hours, and always taking into account the weather, we will try to reach the Medes Islands. We will discover the corners of the archipelago, where we will bathe and regain strength to return to port.
The guide will teach you before starting the basic notions necessary to carry out the activity, in which we use very stable double kayaks (for people with demonstrable experience we have individual kayaks).
At all times you will be accompanied by the guide, and assisted by a support boat.
