The activity takes place within the Montgrí Natural Park. Immersion with a monitor per person at a maximum depth of 7-10 meters.
Important: People with asthma, epilepsy, lung diseases, heart problems, perforated eardrums, diabetes or vascular diseases must present a specific medical certificate to carry out the activity.
Pregnant or people who have suffered pneumothorax cannot perform the activity.

The baptism of diving is the first contact with the underwater world. It is suitable for everyone, from 10 years of age.
At all times you will be accompanied by an instructor, exclusive to each participant, making this an exciting and safe experience.
You will enjoy 20 minutes of immersion, which will allow you to discover the wonders of the seabed.
