Dolmabahce Palace is the last residence for Ottoman Sultans with 365 rooms and 22 saloons. It is famous for its great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 ton chandelier. Dolmabahce Palace, a blend of various European architectural styles, was built between 1843-1856 by Karabet Balyan, the court architect of Sultan Abdulmecid.
