    The tour starts with pick up from Jerusalem and transfer to Eilat border crossing. The transfer is approximately 4 hours long, it includes a stop of bathroom and refreshments, and crosses the stunning Israeli desert. Once in Eilat, proceed to cross the border to Jordan aided by our assistants. After a scenic transfer across the Jordanian desert, including a view of Aaron’s Tomb, you will arrive to Petra by 11:30 AM. Your licensed guide will give you a tour of this stunning UNESCO website, followed by free time to explore the site. Overnight is included in hotel. In the evening you will have the chance to join "Petra by night" (available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, ticket to buy on the spot in Petra).

    Enjoy a free morning to explore the site at leisure, entry fees included! Our shuttle offers transfer to Petra at 8:00 AM. At 11:00 AM you will leave Petra to return to Eilat, and from there you will return to Jerusalem. (Unfortunately border crossing is operating with reduced hours, so we are forced to an early departure. Petra site opens at 6:00, so those who don't mind an early start can go to Petra earlier than 8:00)
