Later in the day, we'll embark on an exciting ferry ride from the European side of Istanbul to the vibrant Asian side, specifically Kadikoy (historically known as Kalkedon, which translates to "the city of the blind"). Here, you can indulge in delicious stuffed or fried mussels from the bustling Kadikoy market, a treat you won't want to miss.
