It is an excursion in a unique natural setting in Mexico, the Iztaccíhuatl-Popocatépetl National Park.
Join us to enjoy beautiful scenery. We will learn about the environmental value of this wonderful ecosystem, the culture of mountaineering and the relationship of human beings to the mountain environment.
You will be accompanied by an accredited guide-driver in Adventure Tourism with more than 20 years of experience in the field.

Meeting and pickup
If the meeting point is at your hotel, the pick-up location will be at the main entrance of the hotel. The guide will arrive with the transport to find them with an Experturism banner.
Right at the entrance of the tourist train station in San Pedro Cholula, in front of the Cholula Pyramid. You can reach this point by taxi.
What to expect
From there, we leave by transport to the region of the volcanoes for approximately 1h15 until the paved road ends.
Then we begin the dirt road climb towards the upper part called Paso de Cortés for 45 minutes. Arriving at Paso de Cortés.
During this journey, we will enjoy the panorama of the 2 iconic volcanoes of Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl passing between the exit of the crop area and the forest area until we reach our destination.
Dare to live the experience of this recreational and sports walk to discover the treasures of the Izta-popo National Park.
We will be between altitudes of 3,670 and 4,000 meters above sea level, traveling 12 kilometers passing through different sectors of the slopes of the Iztaccíhuatl Volcano.
It is a recreational walk for intermediate level walkers with good physical condition and good health.
