It is located 18 kilometers north of Huairou area (70 kilometers away from downtown Beijing), and it is a ideal ski resort for you and your family. No matter you are a keen skier or just a beginner, you surely will have a good time here. Since it is embraced by the Great Wall, you can enjoy the picturesque natural scenery. During this private day trip, you will also visit famous Mutianyu Great Wall section, and it's extremely beautiful when the Wall is covered by snow during the winter time.     Mutianyu Great Wall

    Your private tour guide will come to pick you up at your hotel lobby around 8:00am. Then, head to Mutianyu Great Wall. (about 90 minutes drving time). This session of the Wall is well-known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of the year. There are 23 towers on the Mutianyu Great Wall snaking the ridge for about 3000 meters. The watch towers at the Mutianyu Great Wall are distributed at short intervals. The 23rd tower is highest point of the Mutianyu Great Wall, and you have an option to take cable car up (at your own cost).

    After the amazing Great Wall tour, you will enjoy your Chinese lunch at a local food restaurant near by. In the afternoon, move on to Beijing Huaibei International Ski Resort (9.6 square km) where you will spend around 3-hour fun time for skiing. After skiing, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing.
