Once you arrive, please head to the Group Sales desk to exchange your voucher for Sightseeing Lift Tickets. The Group Sales desk is located in the lower level of the Whiskyjack Lodge.

1Lake Louise
The Gondola runs daily from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Please note that there are no facilities at the top of the lift during the winter months (no lodge, washrooms, shelter, etc). Dress appropriately for the weather (winter jacket, gloves, hat, winter boots, etc). A complimentary shuttle service operates between the Lake Louise Ski Resort, Lake Louise Inn and Samson Mall.
