Meeting and pickup
We offer hotel pickup from most hotels located in the center of Copenhagen. Pickups take place 30–50 minutes before the tour begins. You will receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours before the tour. Please make sure to CONFIRM the pickup reminder we send you (simply reply to the message) and double-check that the information you’ve provided is correct. Pickup Information – Grand Day Trip Around Copenhagen We offer hotel pickup from most centrally located hotels in Copenhagen, 30–50 minutes before the tour starts. You’ll receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours in advance. No pickups from hotels outside the city center (e.g., Crowne Plaza, AC Bella Sky) or hotels right next to the starting point, as it’s faster to walk than wait for pickup. Cruise passengers: If you'd like pickup from a terminal, please share your ship’s name so we can confirm if pickup is possible. No luggage or suitcases allowed on the minibus. Look for a plain white minibus. For any doubts, feel free to contact Hamlet Tours: +45 30 700 667 PLEASE NOTE: The tour includes a lot of walking and steep stairs. It is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or those using strollers, wheelchairs, or scooters, as we cannot carry such equipment.
The starting point is a parking area for tour busses by the back of Tivoli Gardens right across the street from Copenhagen City Hall (Rådhuset). If you have any problems finding the pick-up point please feel free to call the local operator, Hamlet Tours, for directions at +4530700667.

3Frederiksborg Castle
You will get time to explore Frederiksborg Castle on your own. Tickets are included. The 2h and 15 minutes are including a lunch stop. You decide how much time you wish spending seeing the castle, and how much time you wish to spend with the lunch.
