Grandmother Bruna and her grandchildren trained at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in France, but our greatest inspiration has always been our own grandmothers, whose recipes continue to inspire every class. When Grandma Bruna is unavailable, one of her children or grandchildren will welcome you and teach the same authentic family recipes and techniques.

Our home is just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna–Via Foppa stop on the Blue Metro Line (M4). Classes are held in English. About 12 hours before your class, you’ll receive an email with your instructor’s name.
