Here is some important information regarding the day just in case you cannot connect to the wifi, so we do not miss the pick up:
*For the pickup at Terminal 2 of International arrivals:*
The driver will meet and pickup you at COLUMN 15GF (near Highland coffee area) on the right of exit way.
*For Domestic arrivals, the meeting point depends on the airline you are flying with. Here are the details:*
- If you arrive at Terminal 3(Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Vietravel Airlines, Pacific Airlines): The driver will meet and pickup you at COLUMN 13A.
- If you arrive at Terminal 1 (Vietjet Air): The driver will be in front of “Domestic Arrivals A2”, which is right at the exit way.
Just in case, you can not find the driver in there. Please text us by Free Wifi in the airport through (Our WhatsApp hotline at +84 848000036, Kakao, Viber, Imess, Line and Wechat: saigonphoenix). Our driver will arrive within 5 minutes of your notification.
Anybody who tries to approach you holding a phone is not our team, as we will have a sign with your name on it or car plate/ car photos which informed with you before.
