    ARRIVAL DAY 1 - We pick you up at 5pm. - Collect oil at the olive oil press at 6pm. - Check into your rural Accommodation at 6:30. - Welcome drink. - Cooking class (or watch with wine) omelette & mountain paella & sangria 7:30pm - Dinner below the 10th century castle 8:30pm. - Rest from 10pm.

    - Breakfast at 9am. - Mini-hike (easy). Learn about the agriculture & history of the area at 10am. - Artisan vermouth tasting. - Olive & oil tasting. - Manchego cheese tasting. - Wine tasting. - Honey & black garlic tasting. - Full gastronomic high end lunch at 12:30pm. - Guided tour to the castle escape tunnels. - Rest/Siesta/Relax or self explore at 3pm. - Excursion to nearby medieval town with tapas 7:30pm. - Rest from 10pm.
