For accommodations located inside the Medina and not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be organized in advance and clearly communicated by our team.
Your driver will arrive in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle and will contact you via WhatsApp prior to arrival to ensure easy coordination.
We kindly recommend being ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time for a seamless departure. Our team remains available at all times should you need assistance.
