Pickup details:

Pickup is provided in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser driven by a professional driver-guide.

Customers should wait outside the main entrance of their hotel or riad at the scheduled pickup time.
If the accommodation is located inside the Medina and not accessible by car, customers should wait at the nearest accessible meeting point, which will be confirmed in advance by our team.

The driver will arrive in a marked 4x4 vehicle and will contact customers by phone or WhatsApp upon arrival. Please make sure your phone is switched on and reachable.

We kindly ask customers to be ready 10 minutes before the pickup time. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, our team will be available via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.
