Traveling on the slopes of Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, you will visit the best cellars of Etna.
You will be guided on surprising roads on the slopes of the Volcano, flanked not only by thousands of rows of grapes but also by many different types of fruit trees.
In the cellar the owner will welcome you with a fresh glass of Grillo or Chardonnay and will entrust you to the expert hands of a sommelier, who will make you discover the secrets of this unique drink. The plantation, the cultivation techniques, the different shapes of the rows and then the fundamental moment that everyone is waiting for: the harvest, the beginning of the real production process, from fermentation to bottling.
Sipping on terraces with breathtaking views of the sea or the volcano, the tasting will be the perfect match for a home and refined lunch.
