- We are not able to provide experiences for guests who have difficulty walking independently, as it is too dangerous.
- Please come with plenty of time to spare on the day of your visit. Please note that you may not be able to participate in the dressing experience if you are running very late.(If there is space available, we will reschedule your appointment).
- Attractions, eating, drinking, and smoking while in costume are not permitted.
- "Makeup" can be added to [Costume + Wig] plan. If you wish to add any additions, please let the staff know on the day (※In addition, we may refuse depending on the situation on-site).
- It takes about 60 minutes for makeup added (※If you make a reservation at 15:00, there will not be enough time for a walk if you add the "makeup" option).
- If the sizes of the costume and wig do not match, you may not be able to dress up. In addition, we may not be able to meet your request for the color and pattern as the kimono will be delivered according to your size.
- You cannot wear glasses while wearing a wig.
- Children up to 145 cm should choose from the children's costume menu.
- In bad weather, you may not be able to go to the open set.
- Princesses (including children) Oukata-style midaidokoro will take off their uchikake while taking a walk. In addition, Oiran cannot take a walk.
- Please bring your own makeup tools for retouching after dressing up.
