    07:00 Pick up from Your hotel and Departure destination Chablis. There are approx. 190 km to drive on a highway from Paris to Chablis by our air-conditioned Mercedes minivan. It takes around 2.5 hours. One stop at a rest area will be made.

    Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard

    10:00 - 11:15 Arrival in the Chablis area. Visit Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine surrounded by the vineyards with a Cave visit and wine tasting of 5 wines with cheese: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The experienced staff will give You all explanations about the process of winemaking in Chablis and point out the differences between Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. Please pay attention that Brocard is closed on Sundays and we replace it with another Chablis house. 11:15 Departure to Domaine Regnard Chablis.

You will learn in detail the wine-making process, and the details classification of Chablis wines, visit the Cellars and have a great experience of Chablis wines tasting made by the sommelier of this famous Chablis house: Petit Chablis, Chablis Village, Chablis 1-er Cru, Chablis Chablis 1-er Cru, Chablis Grand Cru. 12:30 Departure to Beaune - the Wine capital of Burgundy. Beaune is an ancient and historic town and the "Capital of Burgundy wines" located between Lyon and Dijon with a population of about 23 thousand inhabitants. Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune (Hospices of Beaune) located in the town center, is one of the best-preserved renaissance buildings in Europe.

    15:15 - 16:15 Wine tasting with a professional sommelier of Burgundy wines in the cellars «The Patriarch and Sons». The Caves Patriarche are located in the center of Beaune. The 5 kilometers of tunnels that make it up run under the city and make it one of the largest cellars in Burgundy.
