    12:40 - 15:00 Lunch at Ruinart Champagne house. For lunch, Maison Ruinart invites you to taste its emblematic cuvées in the heart of its dining room. Chef Gabriel Ossard Krauss has devised a four-course menu based on local, seasonal produce. It is accompanied by a choice of two glasses of Ruinart champagne. A selection of prestige cuvées will also be available à la carte, at an additional cost.
