Cooking class Marrakech

Join our cooking class in Marrakesh and enjoy a unique cooking experience. This 4 hours cooking class will not only improve your cooking skills but also will teach you more about Moroccan culinary traditions, culture, and history. After meeting at our meeting point, we will have a short tour of a local market near our house to buy vegetables and all the other ingredients we will need to cook.

Then we go to our house, where we first teach you how to make fresh mint tea and have it together while we get to know each other. Next, we start cooking the dish that takes the most time to cook because we will put it on fire while making other dishes. We will all work together as one team to make different dishes, and this helps you learn more than just one specific dish.

We will normally be making different tagines. It could be with veggies, chicken, beef, or meatballs. We will have a tea break in between. We share recipes after class as a document for the dishes we made and many other dishes. Kids are allowed in our cooking class.
